* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Monterey County in central California...

* Until 900 AM PST

* At 557 AM PST, river gauge reports indicated runoff from heavy
  rain that occurred overnight has caused rapid rising of the San
  Antonio River near Lockwood. At 6 AM the stream gauge had risen to
  13.40 feet, which is just below flood stage of 14 feet. Flash
  flooding is expected to begin shortly.

more showers move through the region and runoff continues to fill
the San Antonio River.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
