The National Weather Service in The Twin Cities has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Meeker County in central Minnesota...
  East central Kandiyohi County in central Minnesota...

* Until 800 AM CDT

* At 733 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both
  tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located near
  Atwater, or 9 miles east of Willmar, moving east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* These dangerous storms will be near...
  Grove City around 740 AM CDT. 
  Litchfield around 750 AM CDT. 

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Forest
City, Manannah and Litchfield Airport.

This includes U.S. Highway 12 between mile markers 81 and 106.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 AM CDT FOR NORTH
CENTRAL MEEKER COUNTY...

At 753 AM CDT, a severe squall line capable of producing both
tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage was located over
Forest City, or 21 miles north of Hutchinson, moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
north central Meeker County, including the following locations:
Forest City and Litchfield Airport.
