The National Weather Service in Twin Cities/Chanhassen has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 5 PM CST this afternoon. * AFFECTED AREA...Portions of west central and southwest Minnesota along and southwest of a Olivia to Morris line. * WIND...Sustained southerly winds between 20 and 25 mph with frequent gusts between 30 and 40 mph. * HUMIDITY...minimum humidity values will fall to around 25 percent. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
