The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Mobile County in southwestern Alabama...
  Southwestern Baldwin County in southwestern Alabama...

* Until 315 AM CDT Monday

* At 911 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  very heavy rain entering the warned area. Up to three inches of 
  rain have already fallen in some places impacted by these 
  thunderstorms. Flash flooding is expected to begin in the warned 
  area shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Midtown Mobile, Downtown Mobile, Prichard, Daphne, Fairhope,
  Saraland, Gulf Shores, Foley, Chickasaw, Spanish Fort, Robertsdale,
  Point Clear, Loxley, Magnolia Springs, Stapleton, Bon Secour,
  Summerdale, Silverhill, I65 And I165 and Fort Gaines.

Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
