  ESPECIALLY AROUND TIMES OF LOW TIDE FROM DAYBREAK THIS MORNING
  THROUGH 9 AM AND AGAIN FROM 6 PM THROUGH 8 PM.

* IMPACTS...NUMEROUS RIP CURRENTS WILL LIKELY FORM, AND ESPECIALLY
  DURING THE TIMES OF THE OUTGOING TIDE. LARGE WAVES CAN EASILY 
  KNOCK YOU OFF OF YOUR FEET IF WALKING IN THE SURF.

PIERS. HEED THE ADVICE OF LIFEGUARDS...BEACH PATROL FLAGS AND
SIGNS.

SWIM NEAR A LIFEGUARD. IF CAUGHT IN A RIP CURRENT, RELAX AND
FLOAT. DON'T SWIM AGAINST THE CURRENT. IF ABLE, SWIM IN A
DIRECTION FOLLOWING THE SHORELINE. IF UNABLE TO ESCAPE, FACE THE
SHORE AND CALL OR WAVE FOR HELP.
