EVENING FOR LONG DURATION OF CRITICAL RH IN ORANGE, OSCEOLA AND
SEMINOLE COUNTIES...

The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 8 PM EDT this
evening. 

* AFFECTED AREA... Orange... Seminole... Osceola.

* WIND...West to Northwest 10 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Minimum RH around 30 percent with 4 to 6 hours of
  critical RH below 35 percent.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Burn bans remain in effect for all of east central Florida.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or will shortly. The combination of 
low relative humidity and hot temperatures can contribute to 
extreme fire behavior.

Flag Warning. 

Even though relative humidity values won't reach critically low 
values for a long duration late this afternoon into early evening,
dry vegetation will still keep the threat for spread of any new 
or existing wildfires high to very high.
