* At 748 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates one to three 
  inches of rain have fallen in the last hour. Flash flooding is 
  likely occurring or expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lava Beds National Monument, Doorknob Snow Park and Four Corners
  Snow Park.

* This includes...
   Highway 139 in Modoc County California between mile markers 30 and
  32.

EAST CENTRAL SISKIYOU AND WESTERN MODOC COUNTIES...

At 838 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicates that showers and 
thunderstorms lifted north of the warned area, but additional storms 
may move back in over the area in the next hour. One and a half to 
three inches of rain have fallen since earlier this evening. Flash 
flooding is likely occurring.
