THIS EVENING FOR LOW HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 063 AND 
066...

The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a Red Flag
Warning...which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT
this evening. 

* Affected area...fire weather zones 063 and 066. 

* Wind...5 to 10 mph.

* Humidity...several hours of relative humidity values below 40
  percent expected late morning into the afternoon.

* Impacts...any fires that develop will likely see extreme fire 
  behavior. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.

Watch...which is in effect from 11 AM EDT this morning through
this evening. 

* Affected area...fire weather zones 070.

* Wind...5 to 10 mph.

* Humidity...a few hours of relative humidity values around 40
  percent are expected today. The potential exists for several
  hours of relative humidity values below 40 percent, which could
  lead to a Red Flag Warning later today.

* Impacts...any fires that develop will likely see extreme fire 
  behavior. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
