* At 1154 AM CDT...Doppler Radar estimates over 6 inches of rain 
  has fallen over parts of western Cross County near Fair Oaks. 
  Showers and thunderstorms will produce an additional 1 to 2 inches 
  of rain over the next 3 hours.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Wynne, Fair Oaks, Vanndale, McElroy, Fitzgerald Crossing, Ellis
  Chapel, Hamlin, Brushy Lake and Hydrick.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
