Northeast winds have diminished somewhat over the southeastern New Mexico plains, Permian Basin, Upper Trans Pecos and western Low Rolling plains early this afternoon, so have cancelled the Wind Advisory there. However, expect the Guadalupe Mountains of southeastern New Mexico, the Van Horn area, Marfa Plateau, Davis Mountains and Presidio Valley to continue to have northeast winds of 25 to 35 mph, and gusts to 45 mph through the afternoon and into the evening.
