FRIDAY EVENING FOR SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO, THE NORTHWESTERN PERMIAN
BASIN, UPPER TRANS PECOS, GUADALUPE AND DAVIS MOUNTAINS, AND 
MARFA PLATEAU FOR LOW HUMIDITY, WINDS GREATER THAN 20 MPH, AND 
VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER...

.Warm, windy and dry conditions will return to area, first in the
Guadalupe Mountains today then spreading across southeast New 
Mexico, northwestern Permian Basin, and much of the Trans Pecos on 
Friday. The driest and windiest day will be Friday when minimum 
RHs below 5 pct will possible across much the Trans Pecos. Fire 
danger will likely be very high and significant fire potential 
will likely be moderate to high.
