  Northern Ector County in western Texas...

* Until 930 PM CDT

* At 633 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates over one inch 
  of rain has already fallen. The heaviest rain has fallen between 
  North Cowden and Goldsmith.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  West Odessa, Goldsmith, Notrees, Odessa Schelemeyer Field and 
  North Cowden.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
