* At 1233 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen and more is expected over the next couple of hours.
Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

Hobbs, Eunice, Nadine, Monument, Knowles, Humble City, Oil Center,
Eunice Airport, Lea County Regional Airport and Industrial Airpark.
