* Flash Flood Warning for...
  East central Eddy County in southeastern New Mexico...

* Until 500 PM MDT

* At 256 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area, including the city of Carlsbad. 
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Urban flash flooding is 
  expected.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Carlsbad, Living Desert State Park, Carlsbad North, Otis and 
  Cavern City Air Terminal.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
