The National Weather Service in Midland has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Gaines County in western Texas...

* Until 915 PM CDT

* At 711 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates that around two 
  inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to 
  begin shortly. Little movement was noted with these storms.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Highway 62 north of Seminole and between ranch roads 181 and 2885 
  southwest of Seminole.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
