The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from noon today to 6 PM CST this
evening. 

* WINDS...Westerly at 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph.

* IMPACTS...Driving will become difficult for high profile and
  compact vehicles. Blowing dust is likely near open fields and
  construction sites.
