  West central Spencer County in central Kentucky...
  Northeastern Bullitt County in central Kentucky...

* Until 530 PM EST
    
* At 514 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Pioneer Village, moving east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Mount Washington, Crenshaw, Waterford and Smithville. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
