* At 1041 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located over Colmesneil, moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

CENTRAL TYLER AND NORTHWESTERN JASPER COUNTIES...
    
At 1048 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Rockland, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
north central Tyler and northwestern Jasper Counties.

and is no longer capable of producing a tornado. However large hail 
is still possible with this thunderstorm.

A tornado watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for southeastern
Texas.
