exceeding three inches have been estimated by radar over the past
several hours...and flash flooding is likely ongoing.

Vinton, Johnsons Bayou, Starks, Sabine National Wildlife,
Hackberry, Holly Beach, Lunita, Edgerly and Constance Beach.
