The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Hardin County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 745 PM CDT

* At 549 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of slow-moving 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Doppler 
  radar estimates up to three inches of rain have already fallen in 
  the past one to two hours...and flash flooding is expected to 
  begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Saratoga, Thicket, Batson, Votaw, Village Mills and Honey Island. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
