The National Weather Service in SAN JUAN has issued a High Rip Current Risk, which is in effect through Wednesday afternoon. * LOCATION...Across the northwest to northeast facing beaches of Puerto Rico and northern Culebra. * TIMING...From 6 PM AST this afternoon until 6 PM AST Wednesday Afternoon. * IMPACTS...Dangerous rip currents that will carry away even the strongest swimmers into open waters.
