The National Weather Service in SAN JUAN has issued a High Rip Current Risk, which is in effect through this afternoon. * LOCATION...across the north facing beaches of northwest Puerto Rico and St Croix. * TIMING...through this evening * IMPACTS...Dangerous rip currents that will carry away even the strongest swimmers into open waters.
