  Naguabo Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 545 PM AST

* At 245 PM AST, emergency management officials reported 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Some 
  river across the warning area are running with high 
  levels and Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Naguabo, Roosevelt Roads, Daguao, Pena Pobre, Rio Blanco and Duque.
