  Rio Grande Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Fajardo Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Luquillo Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Ceiba Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 915 AM AST

* At 617 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across Northeast Puerto Rico. Up to 4 inches of rain 
  have fallen in some areas and additional rainfall is expected. 
  Some of the area rivers are expected to rise quickly and some of 
  them could flood with these additional showers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.

CEIBA MUNICIPALITIES WILL EXPIRE AT 915 AM AST...

Flood waters are receding. Flooding at this moment is reported to 
be across urban areas and small streams, for that reason the Flash 
Flood Warning will be allowed to expire at 915 AM AST. However, 
there is still a Flood Advisory for urban areas and small streams in 
effect for this area until 1030 AM AST. Please continue to heed any 
remaining road closures.
