* Flash Flood Warning for...
  San Juan Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Guaynabo Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 515 PM AST

* At 311 PM AST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain falling across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain
  have already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  San Juan and Guaynabo. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.

The heavy rain has ended. However, please continue to heed any 
remaining road closures. Especially across the Martinez Nadal and 
Las Americas expressways and ave. Pineiro. A flood advisory 
continues in effect for these municipalities due to urban and small 
stream flooding through 545 pm.
