The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Duval County in northeastern Florida...

* Until 400 AM EDT
    
* At 335 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a 
  tornado was located just east Neptune Beach, or 8 miles north of 
  Ponte Vedra Beach, moving west at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Fort Caroline and Craig Field around 345 AM EDT. 
  Arlington around 350 AM EDT.
