Advisory, which is in effect from 7 AM to 4 PM CDT Thursday. 

* WINDS...Sustained northwest winds near 25 mph with occasional 
  gusts near 40 mph.

* IMPACTS...Large limbs and a few trees may be blown down. Travel
  could be more difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving. Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph 
occasionally bring down large limbs and rotted trees causing 
serious injury and property damage. Exercise caution when outdoors
during these conditions.
