* At 1005 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located over Forestdale, or 9 miles east of
  Philadelphia, moving north at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
