  Central Rankin County in central Mississippi...

* Until 230 PM CDT

* At 1252 PM CDT, the public reported flash flooding in the 
  Reservoir area of Brandon. Two to three inches of rain have 
  already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Flowood, Brandon and Fannin. 

Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the 
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
