* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Clarke County in east central Mississippi...

* Until 200 AM CDT

* At 1058 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain across 
  the warned area. 2 to 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding 
  is already occurring. Multiple streets are flooded in the city of 
  Quitman and are being closed.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Quitman, Crandall, Sable, Middleton, Sykes, Goodwater, De Soto,
  Snell and Shubuta.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
