experienced recent flooding. Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly.

WESTERN RANKIN...EASTERN HINDS AND SOUTHWESTERN MADISON COUNTIES...
At 534 PM CDT, local law enforcement and the Mississippi Department
of Transportation reported multiple flooded roads across the warned
area, especially southern Rankin County. One to two inches of rain
have already fallen over saturated soils. Flash flooding is
either ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
