* Until 1045 PM EDT

* At 750 PM EDT, National Weather Service doppler radar indicated 
  showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain in the warned area. 
  Radar estimates portions of the warning area have already received 
  over three inches of rain this evening, with additional rainfall 
  of one to two inches possible. Flooding has already been reported 
  on some roads in Fort Wayne. Flooding will continue to 
  worsen as heavy rain continues across the area this evening.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHERN ALLEN...NORTHEASTERN WELLS...ADAMS AND WESTERN VAN WERT
COUNTIES...

At 937 PM EDT, National Weather Service Doppler Radar continued to 
show showers with very heavy rainfall in the warned area. 
Van Wert Emergency Management reported numerous roads closed in 
southwest Van Wert County with some residents evacuated from homes 
due to flash flooding. Media was also reporting numerous roads in 
Fort Wayne were impassable due to flash flooding. Radar 
estimates and spotter reports indicate rainfall in the 
warned area has been as high as over 5 inches this afternoon and 
evening. Additional rainfall overnight in the warned area should 
generally be a half to one inch with locally higher amounts.

Fort Wayne, New Haven, Decatur, Berne, Monroeville, Monroe, Ohio
City, Middletown, Middlebury, Preble, Dixon, Willshire, Wren,
Peterson, Zulu, Dull, Rivare, Schumm, Townley and Magley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
