North central Henry County in east central Indiana... * Until 345 PM EDT * At 1241 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Over three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. Jacobs Family Orchard near Mt. Summitr reported 4 inches of rainfall and water flowing across County Road 75W. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Little Buck Creek and Williams Creek in this area will likley flood in addition to numerous other roads. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... At 158 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with rain falling across the warned area. Three to four inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding will continue. The rain will diminish to sprinkles before 230 pm EDT and little significant additional rainfall is expected. This should allow water levels to slowly reced in this flat terrain area.
