The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Rush County in central Indiana...
  Southwestern Henry County in east central Indiana...

* Until 415 AM EDT

* At 112 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. A line of heavy thunderstorms 
  is approaching from the west and will bring more rain through 230 
  AM. Doppler radar estimated that 4 to 5 inches had fallen in a 
  small area between Knightstown and Dunreith near the Henry-Rush 
  County line. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Knightstown, Carthage, Spiceland, Dunreith and Mays. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
