East central Henry County in east central Indiana... * Until 330 AM EDT * At 1227 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of east central Henry County. Additional rainfall amounts of uo to an inch are possible in the warned area. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
