Northeastern Logan County in central Illinois... Northern De Witt County in central Illinois... Southern McLean County in central Illinois... * Until 215 PM CST * At 819 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have already fallen in southern McLean county this morning. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bloomington, Le Roy, Heyworth, Atlanta, Downs, McLean, Waynesville, Arrowsmith, Ellsworth, Holder, Moraine View State Park, Shirley and Bloomington Airport. This includes the following highways... Interstate 55 between mile markers 140 and 156. Interstate 74 between mile markers 134 and 156. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
