At 733 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding in
Marshall County. Route 17 was closed between Lacon and Sparland due
to high water. Flash flooding is already occurring.
This includes Interstate 39 between mile markers 29 and 40.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
