The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Eastern Carroll County in northern Kentucky...
  Grant County in northern Kentucky...
  Owen County in northern Kentucky...

* Until 730 AM EDT.

* At 134 AM EDT, radar indicated that thunderstorms had produced 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain has 
  already fallen. Heavy rain continues to fall with several rounds 
  of thunderstorms expected. Runoff from this excessive rainfall 
  will cause flash flooding to occur.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Williamstown, Dry Ridge, Owenton, Sanders, Corinth, Worthville,
  Monterey, Gratz, Stewartsville, Elk Lake, Beechwood, Northcutt,
  Wheatley, Natlee, New Liberty, Camp Northward, New Columbus, Elmer
  Davis Lake, Sherman and Harmony.

Counties WILL EXPIRE AT 730 AM EDT...

A new flash flood warning will replace this warning. 

Multiple rounds of storms have produced 2 to 4 inches or rain across 
the flash flood warned area. Another 1 to 2 inches of rain will be 
possible with additional storms this morning. Therefore, a new flash 
flood warning has been issued.
