FRIDAY...

The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from 8 AM Thursday to 1 AM EDT
Friday.

* Winds...West 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* Timing...Strong winds will develop ahead of and especially in 
  the wake of a strong cold front moving across Thursday morning. 
  The strongest winds will occur later in the morning around 11 AM
  and continue through 5 PM.

* Impacts...With what is anticipated to be wet ground, some small
  trees could be toppled and there could be isolated power
  outages. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 35 mph are 
expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially
for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Also secure any
