At 650 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Gypsum, or 13 miles southeast of Salina, moving
southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...TORNADO.

IMPACT...Expect damage to mobile homes, roofs, and vehicles.
