The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Neosho County in southeastern Kansas...

* Until 115 PM CDT
    
* At 1223 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near St. Paul, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southeastern Neosho County, including the following locations:
  South Mound.
