The National Weather Service in League City has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Wharton County in southeastern Texas...
  South central Fort Bend County in southeastern Texas...
  West central Brazoria County in southeastern Texas...
  Northeastern Matagorda County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 645 PM CDT.

* At 612 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Bailey's Prairie, or near West Columbia, moving 
  northwest at 40 mph. Another severe thunderstorm capable of 
  producing a tornado was located near West Columbia, moving 
  northwest at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Northwestern Angleton, West Columbia, Needville, Holiday Lakes,
  Pleak, Fairchilds, Bailey's Prairie, Boling-Iago and Damon.
