  Northwestern Harris County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 715 AM CST.

* At 646 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Cinco Ranch, or near Katy, moving northeast at 20
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Expect damage to mobile homes, roofs, and vehicles.

  Katy, Jersey Village, Spring Branch West, Spring Branch North,
  Addicks Park Ten, northern Eldridge / West Oaks, Willowbrook,
  Carverdale, Fairbanks / Northwest Crossing, Greater Inwood,
  Westbranch, Spring Branch Central, Langwood, Central Northwest,
  southwestern Acres Home, Cinco Ranch, Spring Branch East, Addicks
  and Memorial.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile
home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and
protect yourself from flying debris.

Motorists should not take shelter under highway overpasses. If you
