* Flash Flood Warning for...
  The island of Oahu in Honolulu County

* Until 1015 PM HST

* At 712 PM HST, radar indicated heavy rain from Hauula to Sunset
  Beach. Rain was falling at a rate of 2 to 4 inches per hour. 
  Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Locations in the warning include but are not limited to...
  Hauula, Waikane, Waiahole, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Kaneohe, Laie,
  Punaluu, Haleiwa, Kahuku, Kaaawa and Wahiawa.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The National Weather Service in Honolulu has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  The island of Oahu in Honolulu County

* Until 115 AM HST

* At 944 PM HST, radar indicated heavy rain continued across the
  Koolau Mountains from Kaneohe northward to between Kahuku and
  Sunset Beach. Radar is estimating between 6 and 10 inches of rain
  has fallen since sunset and more is on the way. This poses a
  serious situation for life and property in the warning area.
  Rivers in the warning area are also on the rise. Kamananui Stream
  is running extremely high and poses a significant risk to life and
  property especially in and around Waimea Falls Park. 


* Locations in the warning include but are not limited to...
  Hauula, Waikane, Waiahole, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Kaneohe, Laie,
  Punaluu, Haleiwa, Kahuku, Kaaawa and Wahiawa.
