The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 7 PM CDT this evening. * Southwest Winds will increase to 20 to 30 mph late this morning and continue into the afternoon. Wind gusts to 40 to 45 mph will be possible in the afternoon.
