At 1010 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a thunderstorm near 
Carter, or 16 miles southeast of Crandon, moving southeast at 25 mph.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with
this storm.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Carter around 1015 PM CDT.
