The National Weather Service in Goodland has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Cheyenne County in east central Colorado...

* Until 745 PM MDT

* At 438 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
  area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding
  is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Cheyenne Wells, Kit Carson, Firstview and Arapahoe. 

This includes Highway 385 between mile markers 141 and 169.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
