* At 705 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Fillmore, or 44 miles west of Devils Lake, moving
  east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Expect damage to mobile homes, roofs, and vehicles.
