* At 537 PM EST, a tornado producing storm was located near
  Benevolence, or 9 miles north of Cuthbert, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Lumpkin, Preston, Richland, Weston, Westville, Troutman, Kimbrough,
  Centerpoint, Leveretts, Dumas and Chambliss.
