* Until 500 PM EDT Tuesday

* At 1054 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have 
  already fallen near Cusseta with rapidly accumulating rainfall 
  beginning to affect Columbus as well. Flash flooding is expected 
  to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Columbus, Cusseta, Fort Benning/lawson Army Air Fld, Saint Marys
  Hills, Edgewood, Highland Park, Christopher, Sand Hill, Battle
  Park, Vista Terrace, Jamestown/south Fort Benning, Renfroe, Manta,
